Cardamon Almond Cake

Cake
4 eggs
1/2 cup olive oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 teaspoons ground cardamom
1 medium lemon (1/2 teaspoon zest and 1 tablespoon juice)
1 (16 oz) Midtown Mix Almond Cake Mix
Preparation:
Step 1 — Prep the Pan
Preheat oven to 325°F. Line the pan with parchment and grease the sides with oil.
Step 2 — Prepare the Lemon
Zest and juice the lemon.
Step 3 — Mix the Batter
Whisk eggs, olive oil, cardamom, and vanilla extract until combined. Add lemon juice and zest, then add Midtown Mix Almond Cake Mix and whisk until batter is thick but smooth.
Step 4 — Bake
Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for 45–50 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean and the cake pulls away from the edges.
Step 5 — Cool
Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then run a knife along the edges to release.
